This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Icelandic who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will provide technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services, providing clear solutions.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers in understanding product functionalities and resolving problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions within support systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance product performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technical information to offer informed support.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in technical customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support and troubleshooting software is beneficial.
- Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece.
