The Mission

We are recruiting a distinguished nursing professional for a bespoke medical role aboard a globally cruising superyacht. Your mandate is the 1:1 clinical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is scheduled for a serene voyage through the Ionian Sea, with extended anchorages in the turquoise waters of Corfu, Paxos, and Zakynthos. This position requires a practitioner who can maintain clinical rigor while blending seamlessly into the calm, high-service atmosphere of a luxury maritime estate.

The Team

You will be an integral part of a fully resourced medical department:

  • Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who manages overall strategy and emergency protocols.

  • Physiotherapy Team: Specialists responsible for the client’s daily mobility and physical maintenance.

  • Nursing Colleagues: A team of Western-trained nurses operating in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Safety

To ensure uncompromised patient safety and crew health, this role utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never work a shift alone; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers, hygiene, and critical monitoring. This structure is designed to prevent fatigue and ensure 24/7 alertness.

The Process

  • Step 1: Detailed CV and reference check.

  • Step 2: Secure Online Video Interview.

  • Step 3: Job Offer and deployment logistics. (Candidates are not required to travel for the interview).

Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Western university.

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E (Acute Care).

  • Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is essential for accurate clinical handover.

  • Attributes: High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet care in a private setting.

Benefits

Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).

  • Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (Single Occupancy) aboard the vessel.

  • Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.

  • Lifestyle: All flights, transfers, insurance, and on-board living expenses (meals, uniforms) are fully covered.

We are finalizing the roster for the Greek season. Please apply with your most current clinical CV.
