We are seeking an elite Acute Care Nursing Specialist to join a world-class medical team aboard a premier superyacht. This role is designed for a clinician who combines rigorous Western medical standards with the poise required for high-profile private service.

The Mission

You will be responsible for the 1:1 clinical management of an 80-year-old VIP while the vessel cruises the most exclusive waters of the world. The upcoming itinerary features the crown jewels of the Mediterranean, with extended stays in Monaco, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands. You will ensure continuity of care in a dynamic, luxury environment where excellence is the baseline.

The Team & Safety

You will operate within a sophisticated, multi-professional medical framework:

• Medical Director: You will report directly to a highly experienced Lead British Doctor.
  

• Collaborative Care: Work alongside onboard Physiotherapists and a team of dedicated, Western-trained nurses.
  

• Shift Excellence: To ensure the highest patient safety and nurse well-being, we utilize a double-nurse shift system, providing constant professional presence without burnout.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be a master of clinical precision and professional discretion:

• Credentials: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is an absolute requirement.
  

• Clinical Depth: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
  

• Language: Native or C1-level English proficiency.
  

• Soft Skills: A calm, proactive demeanor with the ability to integrate into a private household/vessel structure.
