The Mission Embark on a premier maritime rotation delivering exclusive 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. While based on a luxury superyacht, you will manage the principal’s health during a vibrant summer itinerary focused on the Western Mediterranean, including key anchorages in Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve. This role demands a seamless blend of acute clinical vigilance and high-end service.

The Team You will integrate into a highly structured medical wing, supported by:

• A Lead British Doctor responsible for overall case management.
  

• Onboard Physiotherapists providing daily rehabilitation.
  

• A professional cadre of Western-trained nurses ensuring continuity of care.
  

The Safety To ensure optimal performance and patient safety, the medical roster is organized around a strictly monitored double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you have the support and rest required to maintain clinical excellence at sea.

• Education: Accredited Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  

• Experience: 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER/A&E, or high-dependency units.
  

• Language: Native or C1 English is mandatory for all communications.
  

• Capability: Proven ability to operate autonomously with high clinical discretion.
