We are seeking a highly skilled, Western-trained nurse for an exclusive 1:1 clinical mandate. This role involves providing dedicated care for an 80-year-old VIP client while cruising the most prestigious destinations in the Mediterranean. You will accompany the client through the Greek Islands, Monaco, Ibiza, and Mallorca, ensuring clinical excellence is maintained within a luxury maritime setting.
You will be an essential part of a top-tier, collaborative medical household, working alongside:
A Lead British Doctor who oversees all clinical protocols.
Specialist Physiotherapists dedicated to the patient’s physical well-being.
A Western-trained nursing team that prioritizes high-standard, evidence-based care.
To ensure the highest level of patient safety and clinician performance, we utilize a double-nurse shift system. You will never be on duty alone, providing a redundant layer of clinical safety and ensuring that 24/7 care is delivered by a fresh and supported medical team.
Due to the private nature of this estate, the recruitment process is handled with total discretion. Initial interviews and clinical assessments will be conducted via a secure online platform, allowing for an efficient and private introduction.
Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 Advanced proficiency.
Soft Skills: Must possess exceptional discretion, adaptability, and a professional presence suitable for a high-profile private environment.
Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters on board the vessel.
Leave: 30 days of annual leave.
Expenses: All travel, sustenance, and work-related costs are fully covered.
