The Mission We are currently appointing a dedicated medical professional for a high-priority 1:1 care role aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP Principal requiring vigilant monitoring and compassionate support. This position takes you away from the hospital ward and into the heart of the Mediterranean, with a sailing schedule that visits Marbella, the Algarve, Monaco, and the Greek Islands. You will ensure the Principal enjoys their time at sea with dignity and absolute medical safety.

The Team You will be the eyes and ears of a robust medical department. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor who directs clinical strategy, assisted by specialist Physiotherapists. You will join a shift rotation with other Western-trained nurses, forming a cohesive unit dedicated to excellence in private care.

The Safety We understand that 1:1 care requires focus. To prevent burnout and ensure the highest standard of vigilance, we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-rest balance and enjoy the yacht's prestigious locations during your off hours.

• Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the minimum academic standard.
  

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is required to handle the autonomy of the role.
  

• Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential.
  

• Attributes: A calm temperament, impeccable grooming, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount.
