In this role, you will be part of a small Group Controller team of 5 and a larger Group Finance department with more than 30 colleagues at the head office in Allerød.
Your responsibilities as Group Financial Controller include:
- Deliver key inputs and analysis for internal/external reporting and decision-making purposes and make recommendations to senior management based on your analysis
- Take joint responsibility for continuously automating and optimizing our Group processes, e.g. procedures related to financial controlling and monthly reporting
- Ensure fair, correct and timely accounting data in accordance with the Group's accounting policies, including Group elimination and consolidation
- Participate in the Group closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting
- Lead/participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives to ensure financial excellence
- Provide technical accounting advice to the business and prepare technical accounting supporting memos
- Assist in the preparation of the external Group Quarterly Interim and Annual Financial Reports
- Review basis for joint taxation and ensure/prepare Transfer Pricing documentation
- Handle ongoing ad hoc tasks
Your profile:
- Diploma or master in auditing, accounting or similar relevant education
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position and preferably as a former Auditor
- Ability to maintain an overview of the Group's complexity at a high level, while paying attention to details
