We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager for our Construction Systems (CS) division within the Nordic region. This role is crucial for driving product portfolio success, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, and ensuring our offerings meet market demands and contribute to business growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

In this role you will have an opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the CS portfolio across the Nordic region, aligning with global product strategies and local market needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities, market trends, and unmet customer needs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned CS products, including product planning, definition, development, launch, commercialization, and discontinuation.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, marketing, technical services, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product development and market introduction.
  • Define product specifications, features, and benefits, ensuring they meet customer requirements and deliver a strong value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Monitor product performance, market share, and profitability, making data-driven recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, including training materials, presentations, and expert knowledge.
  • Manage product pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability within the Nordic markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.


In order to fulfill the requirements of the position and thrive in our team, you need to demonstrate following competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or marketing within the construction chemicals, building materials, or a related industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic construction market and its specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) as well as fluency in English is required in this position.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Nordic region and occasionally internationally (Europe).
