Technical Digital Building Designer

As a Technical Digital Building Designer, you will become an integral part of our internal map digitization team covering spatial data as a service and regular indoor mapping team dedicated to delivering world-class digital building solutions for large partners around the world. You will leverage your technical skills and creative mindset to interpret floor plans, process CAD data, and design user-friendly solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare and process CAD data for seamless integration to our platform
• Create innovative digital building solutions that meet customer specifications
• Digitize and manage geospatial databases for various projects
• Quality assuring digital building solutions before handover
• Work closely with project managers and clients to develop custom data sets
• Design workflows to improve delivery efficiency and system performance
• Actively participate in team discussions and initiatives to improve product functionality

Your profile:

• 2+ years of working experience in QGIS and ArcMap
• Practical experience with design software such as AutoCAD
• A degree in Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Design, or a related field
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize tasks independently

Nice to have:

• Other GIS software skills and programs
• Experience in reading floorplans
• Experience with outsourcing partners
• Solid IT skills and a technical mindset
• A team oriented approach, driven by a passion for innovation and creativity
