Your responsibilities
As our Refrigeration Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of advanced refrigeration systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading engineering projects (approximately 90% technical work and 10% project management)
Calculating and dimensioning refrigeration components and systems to ensure optimal performance
Contributing to and strengthening the team’s expertise in refrigeration technologies
Managing projects according to the Industrial Stage-Gate Model and presenting progress to steering committees
Setting up laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring system reliability and performance
What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you combine strong technical capabilities with practical experience and a proactive mindset.
Professional qualifications
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of relevant engineering experience
A proven track record of delivering technical projects
Solid understanding of thermo-physics, preferably with experience in refrigeration systems
Experience with component development, including DFMEA, test planning, and validation
Experience with stakeholder management
Familiarity with system control (Python programming is considered an advantage)
Experience working with Stage-Gate project models
