You will join a team of dedicated logistics professionals in an international envi-ronment, working closely with colleagues across the globe. As our new Global Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating the global transportation and import/export of spare parts. You will handle documentation, ensure compliance with international regulations, and continuously look for ways to optimize freight processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating transportation, primarily import activities of spare parts
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations
• Supporting and optimizing freight projects and logistics processes
• Liaising with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers
• Preparing and managing shipping and customs documentation

You hold a background in Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Management and bring solid experience (min. 3-5 years) within global logistics and freight forwarding. You are used to handling import/export documentation and thrive on keeping complex processes running smoothly.

Experience with dangerous goods logistics — including IATA, ADR, and IMDG — is a strong advantage. Whether or not you hold the certificates, your practical experience and understanding of these areas will be highly valued.

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable. You enjoy teamwork, stay calm under pressure, and find satisfaction in solving logistical puzzles efficiently and precisely.
