Global HR Process Consultant
Do you have a passion for optimizing HR processes to enable seamless global operations? And are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a global organization and use your expertise to shape and improve how we work with HR processes? Then you could be our next Global HR Process Consultant, driving global alignment, simplification, and efficiency across our processes.
Your new role
You will contribute to developing and improving Lundbeck’s HR processes to ensure that our operations run smoothly and provide engaging employee experience. You will take part in mapping and optimizing HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, and supporting the implementation of improvements.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues based in Denmark, our global People & Culture community, and our shared services center in Cracow, Poland.
Some of your key tasks will include:
Your future team
You will become part of our Payroll & Operations team in the People & Culture organization and join 50+ P&C colleagues at our headquarters in Copenhagen. In P&C, we partner with the business to create meaningful impact. Our size allows us to work in specialist teams without ending up in silos, as we make it a priority to work cross-functionally.
We approach our work with an agile mindset and prioritize both regular knowledge sharing and social activities to build a positive and informal culture. For example, you can look forward to our regular Friday breakfast and our brain break corner, where we catch up with one another over a jigsaw puzzle. We are very enthusiastic about what we do, and we focus on well-being for the individual along the way.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and has a global scope.
