As we grow, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Automation unit. These teams are the "engine under the hood" - from AI-driven assistants for our staff to automated compliance checks that keep us secure and compliant.

About this role

You will be part of the tech leadership team, reporting to Gitte, COO and interim CTO. The team currently comprises approximately 6-10 software engineers working in Aarhus and Copenhagen, who are focused on driving technological advancements and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions within the broader Technology function.

What will you do?

• Lead and inspire 1-2 cross-functional teams, to foster a culture of innovation, empowerment, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Drive technological advancements and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and other business teams.

• Ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions and implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and deployment.
