Join our international UX team as a User Journey Optimization Specialist and turn user behavior data into actionable insights to drive product optimization for global retailers. As a User Journey Optimization Specialist at Lobyco, you'll be part of our UX team, based in both Denmark and Romania. In the UX team you will be the expert driving the process for understanding actual user behavior and translating this into actionable insights for optimizing the user journey. You’ll play a key role in analyzing data from various analytics tools, particularly Firebase, and turning those insights into recommendations to improve the user experience.
