They’re growing — which means it’s time to bring on a Marketing Specialist who can elevate their presence, grow their pipeline, and help them better connect with audiences through strategic campaigns and storytelling.
They’re seeking a proactive, data-driven Marketing Specialist with experience across digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and content creation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how they engage organizations and end users online. This role requires both creative thinking and tactical execution — from planning paid campaigns to optimizing content for search and building compelling marketing materials.
Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics and iterate to maximize ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define targeting, messaging, and offer strategy.
Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Work with internal content creators to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Implement measurable improvements in site structure, metadata, content quality, and backlink opportunities.
Plan, promote, and execute webinars that bring value to partners, prospects, and members.
Drive attendance through email campaigns, social promotion, and partner outreach.
Collaborate on speaker recruitment, slide decks, scripts, and replay assets.
Develop clear, persuasive marketing assets — email templates, landing pages, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, digital banners, and more.
Uphold brand consistency and messaging across channels.
Support internal sales and partnerships teams with collateral that helps close deals.
Track performance of key campaigns and channels.
Deliver regular insights to the team and leadership to guide decision-making.
Experienced: 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in paid ads, SEO, and campaign execution.
Analytical: Comfortable reading data, drawing insights, and applying them to optimize results.
Organized & Self-Driven: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
A Strong Communicator: You write and present with clarity and confidence.
Results-Focused: You care about quality traffic, qualified leads, and tangible outcomes.
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or membership-driven industries.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
