Full-time · Based in Aarhus · Starting spring 2026
Landfolk is looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and highly structured Partnerships Manager to join our team full-time in Aarhus as maternity leave cover.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where partnerships are central to how we grow the Landfolk brand across Europe. You’ll be part of our most exciting external collaborations, from flagship partnerships with global brands like LEGO and Volvo, to creative lead-gen campaigns with design-led brands like The Barn Coffee Roasters.
We’re looking for someone who thrives at both ends of the spectrum: strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Someone who can spot and shape brand-aligned opportunities - and then make them happen. You’ll work closely with stakeholders inside and outside Landfolk, so you need to be just as confident managing internal coordination as you are nurturing external relationships.
If you’re excited by brand partnerships that actually move the needle, love working across functions, and want to help build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
At Landfolk, partnerships are a strategic lever - not just a logo swap. You’ll help drive, shape and scale our most important brand collaborations, working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns that grow awareness, build equity, and strengthen our positioning. You’ll independently lead a portfolio of partnerships, while co-shaping our most strategic collaborations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Co-shape and execute flagship brand partnerships
Contribute to strategic development while owning day-to-day execution, stakeholder alignment, and rollout.
Build and pitch new opportunities
Identify and develop creative, commercially sound partnerships with design, lifestyle and travel brands across Europe - always with a strong Landfolk brand match.
Run lead-gen campaigns
Manage smaller co-branded campaigns to grow Landfolk’s email database and drive awareness - with partners ranging from heritage brands to emerging names.
Drive cross-functional project management
Own the full partnership process: briefing, planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination and rollout. Our team is small and ambitious, so strong internal alignment is key.
Amplify Landfolk through association
Make sure we stand next to the right brands - and that every collaboration brings real brand equity and exposure in new audiences.
Track and report on performance
Measure what matters: from UGC and earned media to bookings and sign-ups - and use those insights to strengthen what comes next.
Who you are
You’re someone who knows that great partnerships are both creative and commercial - and who enjoys navigating between strategy and execution.
You have 3–5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within brand partnerships, business development or project management.
You’ve got a proven track record - please share case examples and results in your application.
You’re structured, detail-oriented and great at managing complex projects with many moving parts.
You communicate clearly and warmly - with stakeholders, partners and teammates alike.
You’re collaborative and proactive - you don’t wait to be asked, you bring ideas forward.
You’re fluent in English (Danish is a plus), and comfortable working across markets.
Bonus if you’ve worked with design, travel, lifestyle or purpose-driven brands.
What we offer
A chance to make a real impact in a scaleup that values quality, creativity and community.
A warm, ambitious team including people with deep experience in partnerships and brand-building.
The opportunity to work across seven European markets – and grow your skill set along the way.
A flexible, family-friendly workplace in central Aarhus, with excellent lunch, beautiful interiors and great coffee.
Trips to actual Landfolk homes (yes, it’s as good as it sounds).
Why Landfolk?
We’re on a mission to help people get closer to nature and to each other – through handpicked holiday homes and the people behind them.
Founded in 2021 by 7 co-founders, Landfolk now counts ~100 team members and operates in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. We’re proudly backed by SEED Capital, Heartland and EIFO – and we’re only getting started.
The practical details
This is a full-time position (12-month maternity leave cover) based in Aarhus, ideally starting on April 1st, 2026. We’ll be reviewing applications and conducting interviews on a rolling basis, so please send us yours no later than the 27th of March 2026.
