We are looking for a new colleague to join our Guest & Host Care team. With a service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, you will help ensure outstanding experiences for hosts, guests, and partners – every single time.
Landfolk is one of Denmark’s most ambitious startups – but we’re also a movement. Every day, we work to bring people closer to nature, away from the hustle of the city, and into settings where aesthetics, quality, and personality go hand in hand. We carefully curate Denmark’s most unique holiday homes and make it easy, inspiring, and safe to share them with others.
Since our founding in 2021, we’ve grown to around 100 employees based in Aarhus, collaborating with hosts, guests, and service partners from all over the world.
As part of our Guest & Host Care team, you’ll play a key role in creating great experiences for everyone using Landfolk – hosts, guests, and partners alike. You’ll work with a complex product where many stakeholders can be involved in a single booking, and where we handle everything from practical questions to more complex issues on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support and guidance via chat, email, and phone in French, German and English
Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure coherent and effective solutions
Collecting and sharing user insights with our marketing, design, and development teams
Continuously improving our service processes to deliver even better experiences for all parties
Thrives in a fast-paced, international team with a high level of complexity
Is a true team player who actively contributes to shared solutions and knowledge-sharing
Is empathetic and able to put themselves in the shoes of hosts, guests, and partners
Communicates clearly, personally, and professionally – both in writing and verbally
Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
Has experience in customer service, preferably in a role involving multiple stakeholders
Is fluent in both spoken and written French, German and English
