Offshore Telecom Engineers (Radio / RF / Senior) – FPSO Project

We are supporting a customer in building out a telecom engineering team for a large FPSO offshore production vessel currently under construction.

Our customer is delivering the full telecom and safety systems package, covering more than 25 communication systems onboard the vessel.

We are looking for experienced engineers across three areas:
  1. Radio / Marine Communication Engineers
    Experience with VHF/UHF radio, radar, satellite communication or maritime telecom systems.

  2. RF / Radio Planning Engineers (ATDI)
    Experience with RF modelling and tools such as ATDI / ICS Telecom / HTZ. Coverage analysis and telecom system design.

  3. Senior Telecom Engineers (Design & Review)
    Strong experience reviewing telecom designs, documentation and system integration across offshore projects.

Project scope includes systems such as:

CCTV, access control, PAGA, telephony, radio systems (VHF/UHF), radar interfaces, Wi-Fi and telecom infrastructure.

The engineering team is responsible for delivering hundreds of technical documents and system designs across the full telecom scope.

  • Location: Remote (EU / UK / Norway)

  • Occasional work in Denmark

  • Language: English

We are looking for engineers with:
  • Offshore, maritime or telecom system experience

  • Strong understanding of communication systems and integration

  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams

  • Experience with technical documentation and system design
