We are looking for a sales and new business focused Sales Director to strengthen our Business Development team in the Nordics. The Sales Director brings expertise in the Life & Pension insurance domain and experience managing SaaS sales cycles across enterprise insurers and pension providers.
Key about the roleAs a Sales Director at Keylane, you will be responsible for driving the sales process in the Nordic market from A to Z.
In this role, you take the lead in our sales activities and relationship management in the Nordics. You understand the market, have a strong network, and experience selling advanced software platforms.
We work with long-term and strategic sales cycles where building trusted relationships is key. You may come from a background as a salesperson or key account manager with a strong focus on new business development. Most importantly, you bring the drive, professionalism, and credibility needed to represent Keylane and our SaaS platforms in the market.
As part of our international Life & Pension Business Development team, you will focus on new business sales by understanding customer needs and identifying how Keylane’s solutions can support their digital transformation. You will work closely with managing consultants, project managers, and business analysts and represent Keylane in a professional and approachable way.
The Business Development team within Keylane Life & Pension is responsible for driving commercial SaaS revenue growth across our full product portfolio and across all markets we serve.
We work closely with colleagues across the organization to shape and execute our commercial strategy, accelerate sales, and expand our market footprint.
You will be part of an international and energetic team, working alongside local sales managers in the Netherlands and Denmark and collaborating closely with our marketing team based in Denmark.
Together, we focus on winning new clients, developing up- and cross-sell opportunities, and building long-term partnerships through successful contract renewals.
In this role, your primary focus will be new business within enterprise accounts in the Danish and Norwegian markets. You will engage with senior decision-makers, build strategic relationships, and position Keylane as a trusted partner in digital transformation within Life & Pension.
