Join Kahoot! as a Senior Channel Manager and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our referral/reseller network for Kahoot! across EMEA and LATAM.

The role

The Senior Channel Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the referral/reseller network for Kahoot! in assigned markets. This role will also research the potential local resellers/referral partners in the assigned markets, recruit new partners and enable them to sell Kahoot!. The Senior Channel Manager will be responsible for driving specific, planned sales initiatives, e.g. to grow the reseller footprint in assigned markets. The assigned markets will be EMEA and LATAM. The select countries within these regions will be decided based on the company’s target markets for sales.

The position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark and you'll join a vibrant team dedicated to making learning awesome globally. The office is centrally located in Copenhagen (Industriens Hus) and we expect our staff to be able to be in the office for 4 days per week.

Main responsibilities:

  • Unlock the potential and help drive channel sales to becoming a significant and consistent source of revenue for Kahoot! 
  • Collaborate with different teams such as other sales teams, Customer Experience, Customer Success and Product to grow our business with existing channel partners
  • Orchestrate multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure we achieve commercial success with channel partners
  • Identify new exciting opportunities and manage a strong pipeline together with our channel partners
  • Establish relationships on executive level to ensure commitment on mutual opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end partner relations (acquire, sign, onboard, activate and grow)
  • Conduct channel partner visits and follow-up meetings
  • Build business cases together with channel partners to ensure stable and structured growth 
  • Collaborate with the channel team to meet & exceed the individual and team targets for channel sales and own the pipeline management in assigned markets

    • Commercial experience with strategic partnerships and sales from a previous role within Consulting, Partnerships, Key Account Management, Customer Success and/or sales.
    • Ability to manage and run a complex sales process and to articulate the business value of SaaS offerings within Learning & Development and Communication.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
    • Fluency in English (company language) and Spanish and/or French is a requirement.
    • Strong ability to manage expectations and build relationships.
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
    • Comfortable in a results-oriented environment where things are moving fast, and hitting targets is key.
    • Ability to manage time and effort effectively to prioritise revenue driven activities and prospects.
    • You are structured and systematic and you plan ahead.
