UX & Insights Intern (Web Analyst)

Job Description

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience with web analytics and digital insights in an international retail organisation? At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, you will join a growing UX & Insights department where data and usability play a key role in improving our online performance across markets.

As a Web Analyst Intern, you will work closely with experienced specialists and gain practical insight into how online data supports decision-making and optimisation in a large international business.

As a Web Analyst Intern, you will work with data and insights that support optimisation of our digital customer journey and online performance.

WHAT YOUR NEXT INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the Internship include:

• Analysing user behaviour and traffic data to support conversion optimisation
• Preparing reports that create clear and actionable insights
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on data-related tasks
• Identifying improvement opportunities based on digital performance data
• Supporting ongoing development of tracking and insight frameworks

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new Intern who:

• Is currently studying E-commerce, IT, Business Analytics or a related field
• Has an interest in web analytics and digital user behaviour, especially GA4
• Works independently and takes responsibility for own tasks
• Has a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Has experience with or interest in tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Excel
• Communicates fluently in written and spoken English
