WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As Team Leader in the Java department, you will join the Java management team of 12 dedicated leaders. You will oversee the technical skills and personal development of 13 skilled engineers while playing a central role in defining the strategic and technical direction for our store applications, including our Point of Sales (POS) in all our stores.
Your mission is to strengthen and develop the team by providing valuable feedback and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through agile engineering practices. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for our Java store applications, ensuring they meet architectural guidelines and operate securely and reliably.
