WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
This hybrid role combines two core areas of responsibility, providing both operational leadership and technical development.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Lead major IT incidents as the Situation Manager, coordinating cross-functional technical teams
  • Manage all stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and alignment during critical situations
  • Drive issue resolution efficiently with structured decision-making and confidence
  • Perform advanced technical analysis and troubleshooting as a TechOps Software Engineer
  • Conduct root cause investigations to prevent recurring incidents and enhance reliability
  • Proactively strengthen system observability monitoring, and IT security measures

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague with:

  • Is experienced in leading incident response, coordinating technical teams, and conducting constructive post-mortems
  • Has solid experience in software engineering, such as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Senior Technical Support, or Software Development, ideally with Java-based backend systems
  • Remains composed, decisive, and methodical under pressure
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
