Job Description

Are you experienced in paid search and ready to take the next step from campaign execution to a more strategic role? At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, you will work with data-driven performance marketing, combining insights and business understanding to create measurable results.

You will join a team of 3 specialist, a student worker and a team leader - where you will be the fourth specialist working closely together with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, feedback, and daily sparring.

In this role you will Work with a significant search budget as part of a total annual marketing spend of +250,000 EUR, with continuous testing and optimization to drive performance and growth.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing and optimising paid search activities while contributing to a more strategic and data-driven approach across the team.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
• Managing and optimising paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Developing, testing, and scaling new campaign strategies
• Working with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Sheets to support reporting and insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align paid search with broader marketing goals
• Contributing to the development of a more automated and insight-driven setup

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You bring solid experience in paid search and are motivated by improving performance through data, testing, and structured optimisation. You are comfortable working both operationally and strategically, and you take responsibility for delivering results.

We are looking for a new colleague who:
• Has +3 years of experience working with paid search and campaign optimisation
• Has strong analytical skills and can turn data into clear actions
• Is comfortable working with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets
• Has a structured and proactive approach to testing, optimisation, and automation
• Communicates clearly and collaborates well with both team members and stakeholders
• Is interested in developing towards a more strategic and business-oriented role
