In this newly created role, you will play a central part in strengthening JYSK’s IT Delivery organisation. You will lead large-scale programmes involving multiple Agile teams and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives that support both IT and business goals. WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As our new IT Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in leading and implementing strategic initiatives across our IT Delivery organisation. You will be responsible for driving large-scale, cross-functional programmes that support JYSK’s digital transformation and business agility.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations
  • Defining and tracking programme-level KPIs, success metrics, and delivery milestones
  • Provide insights and reporting to Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and delivery teams
  • Communicating programme vision, progress, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identifying and managing cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Brings at least 6 years of experience in project or programme management
  • Has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Demonstrates proven success in managing large-scale programmes across multiple teams
  • Has experience implementing strategic initiatives in complex environments
  • Shows strong organisational, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Holds relevant Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP)
  • Has experience in enterprise or retail environments
