Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in partnering with leaders and strengthening teams? Do you enjoy challenging managers constructively while supporting them to achieve strong performance and engagement? 

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Head Office service functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers to build high-performing teams and ensure we remain both employees’ and customers’ first choice — guided by our values and leadership principles. 

Reporting to the Head office HR Director, you will play a key role in driving learning and development further across Head Office. 

QUALIFICATIONS

The role requires an experienced HR or business professional with practice gained in a dynamic environment. In addition, we believe that you have the following experience 

  • Experience in HR business partnering within a global organisation 
  • A solid HR toolbox and experience in strategic HR  
  • Experience working independently with senior stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and activities  
  • Experience with enabling talent and succession management as well as implementing development activities for specialist roles 
  • Fluent in Danish and English (oral and written) 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner for leadership teams 
  • Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives 
  • Partner with leaders on performance management and organisational effectiveness  
  • Identify, develop and retain internal talent 
  • Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters 
  • Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen and optimise the organisation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING 

  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role 
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and service functions 
  • Strong background in talent development, leadership training and coaching 
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to both challenge and support 
  • Good understanding of labour law and employee relations 
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
