As a Graduate in SAP Sales at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, you will join a structured Graduate Programme where learning, responsibility and teamwork go hand in hand. From day one, you will be trusted with real tasks and encouraged to speak up, while building strong competencies within SAP S/4HANA and omnichannel sales processes.

You will become part of our SAP Sales team in IT, where we develop and support solutions that enable JYSK’s global growth across stores and digital channels. The role is well suited for you who enjoy analytical work, value a steady learning curve, and prefer working in a professional and collaborative environment.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will join a customised IT Graduate Programme lasting 24 months, designed to support both you professional and personal development. The programme gives you a solid understanding of JYSK as a business and of how SAP supports our omnichannel setup across countries and functions.

You will be based at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus and work closely with experienced colleagues in agile scrum teams focusing on SAP Sales solutions on S/4HANA. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will secure a permanent position within your speciality at JYSK.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

• Rotating across relevant departments to gain a broad understanding of business processes and IT solutions
• Developing and implementing new SAP Sales solutions on SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborating with super users, business owners and developers to optimise omnichannel processes
• Supporting daily SAP Sales operations, including error handling and root cause analysis
• Guiding and supporting super users with system configuration, new functionality and testing
• Documenting solution designs and functional specifications for new features and improvements
• Experiencing a steep learning curve designed to fast-track your IT career

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has completed or is about to complete a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology or similar
• Is curious and structured, with an interest in how complex systems support business processes
• Enjoys analytical tasks and understanding data flows and system logic
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is proactive in seeking knowledge and feedback
• Communicates openly and clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
• Has an interest in SAP, with experience seen as an advantage but not a requirement
