You will be involved in real projects, work closely with experienced colleagues, and develop both your commercial understanding and analytical skills. WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
The Graduate Programme lasts 9-12 months and is designed to challenge you personally and professionally while providing a deep understanding of retail operations in a global organisation.
After completing the programme, you will be assigned to a JYSK country, taking co-responsibility for sales and marketing initiatives. Your work will include selecting articles for marketing campaigns, managing pricing and assortment, and monitoring competitors.
You will also have the opportunity to visit other JYSK countries for meetings and competitor monitoring (approximately 15-20 travel days per year).
