Are you ready to start your IT career in an international retail organisation where reliable data and solid systems make a real difference every day? At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, we are looking for a Graduate within Employee Master Data to join our IT organisation and take part in our Graduate Programme.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of IT, HR and Finance, where accurate Employee Master Data is essential for our business across countries and functions. You will enter a complex domain with a steep learning curve, supported by experienced colleagues who are ready to share their knowledge and involve you from day one.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As an Employee Master Data Graduate at JYSK, you will join our IT HR & Identity Management department at Head Office in Aarhus and become part of a well-established Graduate Programme lasting 2 years. The programme is tailored to your role and development and gives you a clear path towards a permanent position within Employee Master Data.
You will join a team with great spirit and genuine willingness to help each other to succeed. We provide a safe space to learn, where you can tap into the knowledge of experienced colleagues and build your expertise in an area that receives high attention across the organisation. You will play an active role in shaping essential Human Capital Management processes and will be able to take on increasing responsibility as part of your development.
