Do you want to shape how payroll is governed across an international retail organisation? At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, we are strengthening our Finance organisation with a new Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll. In this role, you will set the framework, ensure consistency, and drive improvements across payroll processes in 29 countries.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, HR, and IT, influencing processes and establishing strong internal controls in a complex global environment. Your expertise will support compliance, transparency, and efficiency across the organisation.

As a Global Process Owner for Payroll, you will lead the governance of payroll and personnel administration processes. You will define development needs for upcoming business and legal requirements, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and country payroll to align scope and ensure successful implementation.
