As a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll, you will lead the direction and governance of payroll and personnel administration processes across JYSK. You will define development needs for upcoming business and legal requirements, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and country payroll to align scope and ensure successful implementation.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You will be part of our central finance organisation as a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll, responsible for defining and owning the global payroll strategy; processes, systems, and controls across JYSK. Your work will ensure standardisation, compliance, and operational excellence in payroll and personnel administration.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Defining and owning the payroll strategy; systems, controls, and harmonisation roadmap
• Establishing and maintaining global processes and controls for payroll, personnel administration, and workforce management
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal rules, audit requirements, and risk management
• Monitoring payroll KPI’s, controls and data accuracy

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Brings several years of experience from a similar position
• Possesses strong knowledge of payroll processes
• Quickly masters complex systems and has a flair for IT
• Pays attention to details and executes tasks with a high-level of quality and accuracy
• Has experience with project management and the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish
• Has people- and communication skills and communicates fluently in English (Danish is an advantage)
