As a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll, you will lead the direction and governance of payroll and personnel administration processes. You will define development needs for upcoming business and legal requirements, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and country payroll to align scope and ensure successful implementation.

This role ensures standardisation, compliance, and operational excellence in payroll and personnel administration.
