As a Finance Business Specialist at JYSK, you will be the global process owner within either Procure to Pay (P2P) or Acquire to Retire (A2R) / Record to Report (R2R). You will play a key role in designing and continuously improving standardised processes while developing strong internal controls in close collaboration with local finance teams and IT.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Finance Business Specialist, you will help drive efficiency and elevate quality across JYSK’s finance departments. You will lead best practices and collaborate with both group and local finance departments to ensure aligned and robust processes. You will also ensure quality and testing are integrated early in development efforts and that risk is appropriately managed in line with agreements and stakeholder expectations.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Defining and implementing a global framework for finance processes, including governance structures, policies, and controls
  • Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities and collaborating with IT on digital finance initiatives
  • Overseeing and controlling finance functions to ensure compliance with internal rules and policies
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the capabilities of finance functions
  • Continuously optimising processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout Finance
  • Collaborating closely with Shared Finance Centres, local finance teams, tax, treasury, and business controllers to align financial reporting with business needs

  • Holds a relevant master’s degree or equivalent background in finance
  • Quickly grasps complex systems and has a flair for IT
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and delivers high-quality, accurate work
  • Communicates effectively in English and builds positive relationships across functions
