Job Description

At JYSK Communications, we are enhancing and expanding our digital platforms to support task management, teamwork, and clear information delivery to our store teams. We are seeking a skilled consultant with experience in digital workplace solutions and User Experience (UX) to make a tangible impact on how our colleagues work and collaborate every day. This role is a one-year maternity cover position at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark.

As a maternity cover, you will have the opportunity to step into a key role within our team, contribute to meaningful projects, and help shape the future of our digital workplace during this period. We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise, initiative, and creativity to make a real difference for colleagues across JYSK.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Developing, optimising and maintaining JYSK‘s digital workplace platforms to ensure easy access and self-service for the business
  • Developing, testing and implementing new functionalities
  • Turning input from different functions of our business into effective digital solutions
  • Monitoring digital performance, and adjusting tasks and developments accordingly
  • Knowledge sharing and training, so all colleagues know how to use the different digital platforms
  • Exploring new tools and possibilities so our digital portfolio is always up to date
  • Troubleshooting in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Providing help desk support for digital workplace and collaboration tools

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has experience with digital workplace platforms, DEX/UX, and user-focused solutions
  • Is proactive, takes ownership of tasks and deadlines, and can drive projects forward
  • Has excellent understanding of MS365 collaboration tools
  • Can create engaging visual content (experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Figma is a plus)
  • Has analytical skills with the ability to analyse digital data and adjust tasks based on digital performance
  • Can navigate working with different digital platforms, stakeholders and levels of priority at the same time
  • Communicates effectively in English, both written and spoken
