WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As a Customer Insights Intern, you will support the collection, analysis and communication of customer data across all JYSK markets. You will take on a primary project that contributes directly to strategic decision-making and gives you insight into how we put the customer at the centre of our business.
You will become part of the newly established Customer Experience team — a small, ambitious team working to elevate customer understanding and drive positive change throughout the organisation.

You will be primarily involved in JYSK’s global Brand Tracker Survey. Your main responsibilities will include:
In addition, you will support other ad hoc projects within the team, offering you a broader perspective on customer insights in an international retail setting.
