We are looking for a Business Solution Specialist with strong IT skills to help shape, develop and optimise our end-to-end goods flow processes, including our Available to Promise (ATP) flow.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will work in a team focused on improving business processes within Flow of Goods. You will help identify areas for improvement and act as the link between business needs and IT development. Working within an agile framework, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and performance.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Acting as a translator between business needs and IT, ensuring that the forecasting solution supports end-user needs and delivers continuous value
  • Supporting end-users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on new functionalities
  • Participating in the testing and rollout of new solutions, from creating test cases to validating results and ensuring smooth implementation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT to align priorities, secure buy-in and ensure successful project delivery
  • Driving process and system improvements by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements and challenging status quo where needed

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Holds a relevant master’s degree in areas such as Economics and Business administration, IT or similar - or has equivalent professional experience
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Business Developer, ideally within retail, replenishment, or forecasting
  • Quickly understands complex systems and has a basic understanding of structures and IT environments
  • Communicates clearly in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP ERP and Relex is an advantage
