AI Delivery Lead

At JYSK, we are strengthening how we use AI to support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency and innovation across the organisation. We are now looking for an AI Delivery Lead to join our AI department at Head Office in Aarhus.

In this role, you take ownership of how AI initiatives are delivered from idea to production. You work closely with the AI Product Owner, who owns the what and why, while you own the how and delivery. You will be hands-on in the day-to-day delivery, working closely with an AI team of data scientists, AI engineer, data engineer, platform engineer as well as other IT teams and business stakeholders to make sure that AI solutions are built, deployed and adopted with quality and pace.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As AI Delivery Lead, you ensure that AI initiatives move efficiently through the delivery pipeline and are delivered with quality and pace. You balance input from many stakeholders, cut through complexity and help the team stay focused on what creates value.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from planning to production
• Driving execution based on priorities set by the AI Product Owner
• Driving and facilitating planning and delivery activities (such as planning, refinement, daily stand-up, retrospective, demos, etc.) to ensure steady flow and progress
• Coordinating work across the AI team, IT teams and business stakeholders
• Actively removing impediments and managing dependencies across initiatives
• Ensuring transparency on progress, risks and delivery status
• Supporting consistent and pragmatic delivery practices

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
You bring a structured and pragmatic approach to delivery and enjoy working closely with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. You are comfortable being hands-on, making decisions and helping the team move forward.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience delivering solutions within AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, data products or similar
• Comes from roles such as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar
• Has a solid understanding of agile principles and cross-functional teamwork
• Can work closely with a Product Owner while maintaining clear role boundaries
• Communicates clearly and works confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Is structured, proactive and solution-oriented in their way of working

Although the role is primarily focused on delivery, hands-on experience with AI, data analysis, data science, or similar is considered a plus.
