As our Global Parts Systems Business Leader, you will enhance tools and systems to enable global growth in parts, and deliver competitive solutions that improve the order experience for both internal and external customers, driving parts revenue, supporting margin improvements, and increasing engagement.

How will you do it?

  • Collaborate with vendors providing service contracts and offering new releases
  • Lead data analytics efforts and ensure robust vendor relationships

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Significant IT leadership experience in Global OEM environments
  • 10 years progressive experience supporting business units and functions
  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (approx. 20%), to gain firsthand insights into sites and organizational challenges
  • Strong knowledge of technology, ERPs, and systems tools
  • Technical knowledge of JCI product lines is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with multiple sites and business units to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and stakeholders across regions and cultures

At Johnson Controls, you’ll be trusted to make an impact, work with a team that values collaboration and flexibility, and grow with the challenges you encounter. This is a full-time position, with flexibility and focus on your professional development.
