Software Engineer - Tax

You will work closely with cross-functional teams within an agile framework, analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that support compliance with complex banking and tax regulations. The position involves end-to-end responsibilities, from coding and testing to documentation and client support, providing a broad exposure to both technical challenges and regulatory requirements. • Analyze, design, program, test, and maintain software modules to meet regulatory, business, and client-specific requirements.
• Implement solutions for banking and tax compliance, including liquidity, credit risk, AnaCredit, loan reporting, and statistical reporting.
• Support Business Analysts and clients in resolving technical issues and providing guidance on software use.
• Develop and execute test cases, prepare test data, and ensure proper validation of software functionality.
• Document technical specifications, user stories, and operational procedures for internal and client-facing use.
• Collaborate with national and international colleagues across software engineering, testing, and architecture teams.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance software features, and optimize workflows within an agile development environment.

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in software development using SQL and Java, with solid knowledge of databases.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality, capable of integrating creative solutions into complex systems.
• Proactive, communicative, and open to feedback, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment, handling multiple priorities.
