In this role, you will take full ownership of incentivized user acquisition, driving profitable growth across offerwalls and rewarded networks. You will operate in a lean, remote-first environment, working hands-on across strategy, execution, and optimization. This position offers significant autonomy, where data, ROI, and operational excellence guide every decision. You will build and scale acquisition systems from the ground up, shaping growth frameworks that directly influence game performance and monetization. Working closely with product and leadership, you will turn insights into actionable improvements across funnels, progression, and engagement. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven operator who thrives in fast-moving, analytical environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end incentivized UA operations, managing offerwall and rewarded partner portfolios, including sourcing, onboarding, testing, scaling, and optimization.
  • Design, build, and continuously improve CPE goal funnels, milestone ladders, reward structures, and performance guardrails.
  • Run weekly partner performance reviews to drive scaling, pausing, renegotiation, or blocking decisions based on ROI and quality signals.
  • Ensure data integrity by reconciling partner reporting with attribution data, resolving discrepancies, anomalies, and invoice disputes.
  • Protect traffic quality by detecting fraud patterns, low-quality sources, and abnormal behaviors, coordinating corrective actions with partners.
  • Lead measurement and attribution workflows, owning dashboarding, reporting cadence, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to translate UA insights into product experiments, economy tuning, and funnel optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience managing incentivized user acquisition across offerwalls and rewarded networks.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full UA operating loop, including partner management, reconciliation, performance analysis, and quality control.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Deep expertise managing mobile measurement platforms, including integrations, event mapping, postbacks, attribution settings, and debugging.
  • Ability to work autonomously in small, remote-first teams with high ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ROI-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience with SQL, fraud prevention operations, and event schema design is a strong advantage.
