• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA finance and accounting transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct business and functional analysis to identify process improvements, system requirements, and value creation opportunities.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Allocate and oversee resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and metrics for ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure realization of business value from project initiatives.

• Proven experience managing multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably in finance and accounting domains.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive projects to completion, and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid experience in project planning, execution, and risk management.
