Senior Product Designer (Remote from Denmark)

In this role, you will join a fully remote, high-performing team dedicated to building intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences used by millions of people worldwide. You will take ownership of end-to-end product design, from early discovery and concept ideation to detailed execution and launch. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership, you will help shape product strategy, refine user journeys, and elevate design quality across multiple platforms. You will contribute directly to improving learning accessibility, creating delightful user experiences, and driving measurable business impact. • Lead the full design lifecycle, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final delivery of new features and experiences
• Design, refine, and scale UX and UI patterns across iOS, Android, web, and browser-based platforms
• Rethink onboarding flows and core user journeys to improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Use qualitative research and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvements
• Help evolve internal design processes, standards, and collaboration practices to strengthen the overall design organization

• Proven experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across multiple platforms
• Strong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to business strategy, user outcomes, and measurable results
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-informed design iteration
• High proficiency in UX, UI, typography, information architecture, and interaction design, with a strong design portfolio
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and executives, in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
• Ability to manage focus and priorities effectively in a distributed, asynchronous, and high-growth environment
