• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines.
• Optimize creative assets for performance and marketing objectives.

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and email campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email design platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience designing for digital platforms including social media, web, and email marketing.
• Ability to create responsive email templates optimized for mobile and desktop views.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Experience working with marketing agencies or DTC/e-commerce brands.
