Remote Counsel (Commercial and Privacy)

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
• Support the sales team by structuring deals and driving commercial initiatives.
• Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across the company.
• Develop templates, training materials, and privacy-related policies.

• Law degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and data privacy law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
