• 8+ years of experience in managing accounting functions in large organizations.
• Proven expertise in transforming financial close and reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting automation technologies and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building client trust.
