We are seeking a meticulous Proofreader/Copy Editor to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and consistency of written content across multiple channels. In this role, you will review copy for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and brand voice, while also verifying factual accuracy and preventing potential plagiarism. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to polish internal and external documents, helping to maintain high-quality communication standards. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-oriented environments, demonstrates excellent written communication skills, and can adapt to evolving style guidelines while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proofread content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Cross-check references, data, and factual statements for accuracy.
• Review outputs for internal consistency and style compliance.
• Rewrite or edit documents as needed to improve clarity, tone, and readability.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content meets high-quality standards.
• Maintain adherence to deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects.

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• 1+ years of proofreading experience, with at least 1 year of writing experience.
• Experience with B2B content creation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Agile, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to work EST hours and manage priorities independently.
