Product Designer (Remote from Denmark)

In this role, you will help shape the experience of customer-facing web and mobile applications, working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering. You will lead design efforts across features and flows, translating complex business goals into elegant, user-centered solutions. Operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will guide the product team from discovery through delivery while maintaining high standards for visual and interaction design. Your work will directly influence usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to design systems, frameworks, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability across products. • Lead the design of web and mobile applications, translating ideas into scenarios, sketches, flows, high-fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Define user experience, interactions, and visual design, ensuring clarity, usability, and aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and refine solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, patterns, and component libraries across products to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing clear, actionable design documentation and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a product designer in multidisciplinary teams, delivering web and mobile design work that combines creativity and business impact.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design thinking, user-centered solutions, and clear storytelling through visual and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools and methodologies including wireframes, task flows, page flows, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.
• Strong information presentation skills, both visual and written.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
