Product Designer (Figma)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences and visually engaging interfaces. In this role, you will transform user needs into seamless journeys while collaborating closely with product and development teams to bring designs to life. You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation. This position requires both creative flair and strategic thinking, enabling you to make a tangible impact on the user experience. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your designs directly influence product success. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys refining solutions based on feedback and testing.

• Translate customer needs into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and creative leads to research, design, and prototype new user experiences.
• Create and maintain visual assets, design systems, and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Present designs effectively to peers, executives, and stakeholders, communicating rationale and design decisions.
• Ensure usability and accessibility principles are applied throughout the design process.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and performance metrics.

• Proficient in Figma and design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience analyzing user journeys and developing design systems or symbol libraries.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
• Creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Access to a Mac or suitable device for design work is preferred.
