Marketing Project Lead

• Develop and execute client marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, defining priorities, roadmaps, and actionable plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, leading strategic discussions and providing clear recommendations.
• Manage project delivery by coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, report insights, and ensure accountability across all contributors.
• Use expertise to guide clients with well-founded recommendations and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Foster collaboration, resolve challenges proactively, and support teams in achieving strategic and operational goals.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, client project leadership, or account management roles.
• Proven ability to define marketing strategies, set KPIs, and create execution roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen, particularly in high-risk industries, with budgeting and reporting expertise.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with AI marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Highly proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
