As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the delivery of enterprise software solutions, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their investments. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and seamless integrations. Collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will design scalable implementation frameworks while adapting to unique enterprise needs. Your work will directly impact customer success, adoption, and satisfaction, providing both strategic and hands-on guidance throughout onboarding. This role operates in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and emphasizes efficiency, repeatable processes, and high-quality outcomes. Remote work is supported, with flexibility to engage with clients as needed.

• Drive customer onboarding and technical implementations, coordinating closely with technical architects to align execution with customer success objectives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops, collaborating with data engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Design, optimize, and standardize implementation frameworks that scale across diverse customer segments while accommodating enterprise-specific requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, data models, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, ensuring seamless deployment and robust, sustainable solutions.
• Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams to inform product enhancements and improve implementation processes.
• Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for implementation success.

• 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar enterprise software roles.
• Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record managing complex implementations while maintaining clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience designing and optimizing repeatable implementation processes that scale effectively.
• Excellent technical project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Competitive salary range of $140,000–$180,000 OTE USD per year.
